Paddy Powers Russell Brand Betting

Following Russell Brands resignation from the BBC today over Manuelgate, bookie Paddy Power expects top UK radio station XFM to be his next most likely broadcast destination.

XFM, no strangers to controversy themselves, are the 7/4 favourites, followed by Brands former home MTV at 5/2. The more conservative ITV are the 33/1 outsiders whilst Babestation, at 100/1, might be a more suitable home for the legendary lothario.

Paddy Power said: In the same way that Kate Moss career was boosted by last years cocaine scandal, Manuelgate could serve to only boost the profile and interest in Russell Brand. Theres no doubt there will be plenty of broadcasters queuing up for him to work for them.
