Meriwether Jessica won the $78,500 Jack Better Be Rite Stakes. When Lost Without You was disqualified to second for interference Thursday at Belmont Park.

Lost Without You was first under the wire but was placed second for interfering with Meriwether Jessica in the stretch of the turf race for 3-year-old fillies bred in New York. The time was 1:09.07 for the six furlongs on the firm course.

Eibar Coa rode for trainer Linda Rice as Meriwether Jessica was awarded her fourth win in 11 starts. She paid $5.80, $2.90 and $2.10 as the 9-5 favorite. Lost Without You returned $3.70 and $2.40. Remarkable Remy paid $2.30 to show.
